How is a garage cleanout estimated?

We walk through the space, review the items and access, and estimate the loads needed. We choose our own dumpsters or box trucks for the job. Confirm whether appliances should be removed, since that affects the price. You approve the scope and estimate before work begins.

How do I mark belongings to keep?

Use blue painter’s tape on keep items. Point out screens, doors and materials needed for the property’s maintenance. Tell us what goes and what stays, including items inside cabinets or storage areas. We contact you about photographs, documents or valuables found during removal.

What cleanup is included?

We remove the agreed contents and larger debris, then sweep cleared floors. We do not deep clean, wash countertops, clean toilets or vacuum. Usable household belongings may be donated, recyclable materials go to a recycling center, and unusable accepted materials go to the landfill.

Can I arrange the work from out of town?

Yes. Arrange authorized property access and text keep/remove instructions. Our office manager emails a scope-of-work estimate and calls for approval before scheduling. We send before-and-after photos, accept payment by phone and provide a paid invoice.

Can you remove a shed as well as its contents?

Yes, shed demolition and removal can be quoted separately from clearing the contents. Shed jobs often take about three to seven hours, depending on size and scope; we assess timing and access for your specific job. Customers may want space for a replacement shed or removal of a deteriorated structure.

What if the garage cleanout is part of a whole-house job?

Whole-house cleanouts usually take one to three days, often about two, depending on the amount of material, heavy items and access. Optional carpet and padding removal costs extra; tack strips remain. We serve Grant County and surrounding counties.
